How soon can I book an appointment to shoot?
We are generally booked a month or so in advance depending on the time of year. We don't have a VIP list or fast track anybody.
Can I put my name on a waiting list for an earlier shoot?
While we don't keep a general waiting list, you will have the option to add your name to our internal list during the final step of the booking process. Our booking manager will contact you directly if an earlier shoot date opens up.
Do you shoot digital or film?
We shoot digital.
Your Photos
Within 5 working days after your shoot you will receive an online gallery with your ENTIRE session unretouched. These photos are 1200 pixels at a resolution of 240PPN. This is plenty large enough for online usage such as social media and casting sites. If you desire a shot to be PRINTED, for quality control, we require THOSE shots to be retouched before we release the HIGH RESOLUTION (6000 Pixels) version of those particular shots. Dana will go over this again with you in detail after your shoot.
Retouching is a flat fee of $45.00 per image that is approved by Dana, and then the client has final approval before its completion of 1200 pixels by 6000 pixels for all usage.
​We are very strict on this policy. Dana's photos are awesome because of the time, energy, and passion she puts into each shoot. We do not want a potentially amazing photo to go south because it all fell apart at the end during the retouching process.
Do I need to book hair and makeup?
No, hair and makeup are automatically reserved for all bookings and payable to the artist separately.
Can I do my own hair and makeup, or bring my own hair and makeup artist?
No. We partner with our hair and makeup artist to deliver the best possible results from your shoot, so we don't allow clients to opt out of studio hair and makeup. Our long standing relationships with top hair and makeup professionals are critical to maintaining the studios consistently high standards. Rest assured; we'll always make sure you're comfortable and happy with the makeup and hair styling before shooting each look.
Do we need to meet before the shoot?
No, it's not necessary to meet prior to your scheduled appointment. We will send you the information you need to prepare well ahead of your shoot.
What should I wear?

Can I bring my own music?
Yes, of course you can bring music-whatever puts you in the mood. We also have a selection of music at the studio.
Can I pay by credit card?
Currently, we accept credit cards for deposits and cash, checks, or credit cards for outstanding balance due on the day of your appointment.
